What currency are your prices in?

All the prices stated on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Do your prices include tax?

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, direct bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX etc.). 

Can I change my payment methods?

Unfortunately once your order is placed, we cannot change the method of payment.

Shipping Questions

What are your delivery options?

We offer a standard shipping option. Please refer to the table on the shipping information page here for shipping estimates for your region.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer our products and services internationally; though we are working towards expanding our operations internationally and we hope that you’re here when we do!

How long does your processing time take?

Typically, processing times are between 1-7 business days.

Please note, processing times are in addition to shipping times and are dependent on our suppliers and can vary dramatically between suppliers.

How long does shipping take?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are cart based and varying depending on your order. 

To find out your shipping cost, please add your desired items to the cart and enter your shipping address on the cart page.

We also offer free standard shipping for orders over $250 AUD.

What happens if my order is returned to the sender?

Please contact the courier provider directly with your tracking number to see if they can redirect the order back to you. If not, please contact us here or email us at info@seamstop.com so we can assist you with some further options.

Returns Questions

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds for change of mind orders within 14 days of the purchase date and for defective, faulty or incorrect items. 

Please note, all refunds and return requests are subject to the terms within our Returns Policy which you can review here.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges but instead, we do offer change of mind refunds (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of the purchase date. You can then place another order for your desired item.

How do I return an item?

To request a return, please fill out the form on our Returns Request page. Once submitted, your request will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email of your return request and will be provided with further information regarding the returns process for your circumstance.

How long does a refund take?

After a refund has been approved by us, itcan take up to 7 business days to show up in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

How do I know what size to purchase?

There is a size guide on each product page. If you are unsure on how to measure yourself, please refer to the body measurement guide here.

How do I find exactly what I'm looking for?

You can easily find exactly what you’re searching for by using our various tools such as the search bar at the top of each page or using our filter tools on our shop page.

Do you stock all the products on the website?

Due to the expansive collection that we offer, we are unable to stock everything at our fulfillment facility. Once your order is placed, we will process your order as quickly as possible.

Decoration Questions

What is the turn around time for decorations?

After the final mockup is approved, our typical turn around time is 1-2 weeks.

Please note that this can vary depending on current demand. For a more accurate estimate, feel free to contact us directly.

How will I receive the mockup?

We'll email the mockup to the email address that you used to place your order with.

What file should my design/ logo be?

We highly recommend you use a vector file (svg, ai, eps, pdf etc.) to avoid delays in the processing and production time of your order.

Can you match the colours of my design exactly?

While we try to match the colours as close as possible, it is impossible for us to guarantee an exact match.

Can I return decorated products?

Decorated products CANNOT be returned unless stated otherwise as according to our Returns Policy

Order Questions

How do I change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to it. However, if your order has yet to be shipped, we may be able to cancel it and you can place another order with the correct products or information.

Though this outcome is not guaranteed, the faster you notify us about the issue, the more likely we will be able to cancel the order.

My order is incorrect, what should I do?

How can i cancel my order?

If you've just placed an order, please contact us here or email us at info@seamstop.com asap and we may be able to cancel it if it hasn’t shipped out yet.

If your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.

I used the wrong address when ordering, how can I change it?

If you've just placed an order, please contact us here or email us at info@seamstop.com asap and we may be able to change you address if it hasn’t shipped out yet.

If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll have to contact the courier provider using your tracking number and update the delivery address with them.

How can I change details on my account?

To change your account details/ saved addresses, first log into your account and navigate to the desired details that you wish to change.

Coupon Questions

How do I apply a coupon code?

Coupon codes can be applied in the checkout page.

Can I use multiple coupon codes at once?

Unfortunately, you cannot use multiple coupon codes at once.

Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases?

Due to our already competitive prices, we unfortunately do not offer discounts for bulk purchases.

Promotion Questions

Can I use a coupon code with a promotion?

Unless stated otherwise, coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any of our promotions.
